Is the plot tonight or later this week? I forget. --Chris 15:31, 13 August 2007 (EDT)
- Which one? The end of the London thing is tonight I think. The last episode scene for this round is tomorrow night annnnnnd my PGM test is on hold until Callandor feels like approving it.
- Ah ha! I was actually asking about the second, but the first and third are good to know too. Trying to figure out when I need to be home tonight. Thanks! --Chris 15:48, 13 August 2007 (EDT)
- Yep, you're good till tomorrow night at 8pm. SO I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU ON UNTIL THEN OK! Marley 16:00, 13 August 2007 (EDT)

When Trolls Attack!
About to read the London log. Incidentally, I just thought of something that I think goes a long way to explaining why poor Zar'roc's scene went so differently than she intended. The comment title is a hint. --Chris 09:07, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Haha. The London log is a huge letdown, don't get too excited! And I don't think Zar'roc counted on us having awful dice. And my dice? Are fucking awful! Marley 09:23, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Okay, just finished the log. It is ICly depressing, but OOCly it's a good read. I am a little confused, though -- why was Marley so put off by it being magical? I know that she deeply distrusts magic, but why was she surprised? I mean, weren't they chasing a magical faerie key from days of yore in the first place? I guess it was a bit baffling because I'd assumed it was magic from the get go, but apparently the characters didn't. Sort of a disconnect.
- As for the trolls, sure, there were lots of factors, but until now I hadn't thought of one in particular -- initiative order. --Chris 09:33, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Go reread how Marley explained the prophecy. The whole time she thought it was just going to be another super special ops group, they were looking for their base, and somehow the people they were sent to find would just lead them there. Considering that Marley believes any use of magic to be opening a door to let evil into the world (even when used for the best reasons, it will eventually corrupt the soul!), I really couldn't see her opening a magical portal to a magical realm once she realized what was going on. Not for something that didn't involve saving the world. The bad part is, now there's nothing keeping Marley from just going to Tibet :( Marley 09:41, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Ohhh, I see. I might have been to quick to think, "Oh, of course, faeries!" And yeah, I agree -- it's very, very hard to imagine Marley willingly entering a magical realm. SOAKED IN EVIL. It'd be like someone afraid of snakes waltzing through a viper pit. That's a tricky one. And I understand what you mean ... it's almost TOO depressing to work storyline-wise. --Chris 09:52, 15 August 2007 (EDT)

Tibet
I have a peculiar suggestion, but might as well mention it while I'm doing nothing more interesting than FTC searches. Perhaps Marley really WOULD go to Tibet after this, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. I don't mean permanently. Rather, maybe she really does just have some stuff she needs to sort out, away from demon-hunting, Sean, and Devilshire. --Chris 10:12, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
Although I guess that might compel Sean to follow. Not necessarily, though. I'm sure something could be worked out that would lead to him remaining in Devilshire while she's away. Which reminds me -- there's another unresolved thread that seems worrisome. How is he going to get out of killing her? --Chris 10:16, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Or of her killing him, cause he seriously pissed her off on that mission. She'll head off and go on a spirit quest with Saint and the yeti!
- Yeah...to say it more fully, how are they going to get out of this without one killing the other? (Or them killing each other simultaneously.) I think the solution is obviously YETI SPIRIT QUEST. Chris 10:48, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- YETI SPIRIT QUEST is the perfect vacation destination for sociopaths.
- If I could only draw, I would totally do a series on Saint, Marley, and the Yeti in Tibet. It'd be lulzy.

<Marley> "There's no more hot cocoa."
<Saint> "Oh."
<Marley> "There were three packages in the box last night."
<Saint> "Really."
<Yeti grumbles>
<Marley> "I remember checking, because I really wanted some hot cocoa this morning."
<Saint stares coldly>

<Yeti sips cocoa>

The Yeti
Aw. Such a handsome and well-born Yeti, in search of an Ice Queen to rule his kingdom. Incidentally, Amy should show up in Tibet with pink mittens and a matching scarf. The Cheerleader 15:13, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
- Ooooh, noooo. If Amy shows up like that, then she and Marley will have a big catfight over the yeti. Thusly. Cedric 15:49, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
Amy is so the Kara in that interaction. If that is Kara. I don't know comics well enough to distinguish between the fifteen Supergirls. <Marley> "FAID."
- Oh god. My page is turning into Saint's :( Marley 16:42, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
