RP:Livejournals

Livejournals are an extension of the Devilshire MUX. They're a wonderful tool for recording a character's thoughts and feelings within a written, tape recorded or video taped journal. In addition, the livejournals offer an Out-of-Character (OOC) source for players to interact.

Unless notified, all Livejournals are to be considered as OOC Knowledge. The character does not know what's written in another character's livejournal. Exceptions are those players who post to the Livejournal Bulletin Board, announcing the postings are to be considered In-Character (IC). This means if your character google searches or reads livejournals, the entry may be considered IC and therefore utilized in Roleplay.

The Production Staff at Devilshire does not count Livejournals for Experience Points (XP) earning or spending. The livejournals are merely an outlet for your character to record thoughts and feelings.

Players are to be aware that livejournals may have an altered perspective to a situation. This does not mean the entry is one hundred percent factual but the entry is factual and true toward the character's perspective. We ask that all players abide by our Harassment Policy in regards to Livejournals as well.
