Act One

New Neighbors
"The things in the fog? Shadows." And then it seems like the darkness along the ground starts to move, reaching up long tendrils from the earth and licking out at the feet of those still assembled. "You should not fear them. But fear only," Johann says, lifting his cane and turning his wrist so it is parallel to the ground, shadows rising with it. "The one who controls them." With that he opens his mouth in a hiss, displaying a number of thin, sharp teeth of differing sizes and eyes going completely black save for a small pupil of yellow in the center. He throws his other hand out and the shadows all leap forward to encompass everyone in blackness, as if a wall of night is slamming down onto them.

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: September 26th, 2008
Participants: Grace Harget, James Campbell, Tim Truman, Wentworth Moore, Zhou Zhen Ji

Summary: The annual Swing Fall Fling gets crashed by some dumbass vampires; a shadowy gentleman by the name of Johann introduces himself. The Rules have changed.

Act Two

Objectionable Objectives
"We shall fade into the darkness as we have always done and this town will become a mecca of suburban life. The quintessential town where people flock to raise their children. Where night games are held and no one flinches at the darkness. Where the arrangement for living in such an idyllic community means no one notices the ones who go missing. And where no one notices, hunters are not called. The proverbial sun is already on the horizon and those of you who have not noticed it until now will burn."

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: October 1st, 2008
Participants: Judith Devlin, Menos, Thomas Mackenzie, Wentworth Moore

Summary: Johann calls a meeting of the town's monsters and malicious sorts, conveniently getting them in one place to be slaughtered.

Act Three

Isolated Incidents
"I do not propose. I act. I will take this town very shortly. I have culled the herd. Those that resist will soon be put down. Then there will be no need for those who prey on our particular interests to stay. Those that do not leave will be taken care of, as the weak were."

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: October 5th, 2008
Participants: Judith Devlin, Speler Smith, Tom Mackenzie, Wentworth Moore

Summary: Johann approaches various bad guys (and supposed bad guys) who survived the warehouse meeting to give them a chance to join him.

Act Four

Gamekeeper's Gambit
"Oh, you know. New guy coming into town trying to take over. Real asshole. Killed a whole bunch of us the other night down in some warehouse by the docks. Thinks he can be all intimidating. Well fuck him, we'll show him who owns this town!"

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: October 13th, 2008
Participants: Beatrice Vaughn, Finn Thorne, James Campbell, Phillip Harget, Speler Smith, Tim Truman, Zack Swann

Summary: Those in the community resisting Johann's recruitment decide to make an example of the Penalty Box.

Act Five

Entirely Expendable
From over the threshold steps a grizzled man past middle age with wavy black hair, a thick goatee and salt-and-pepper muttonchops. He looks neither happy nor impressed. He's carrying a ludicrously oversized combat shotgun with a barrel nearly as big around as a Pringle's can. "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: October 21st, 2008
Participants: Beatrice Vaughn, Rabbit Evans, Shelby Stone, Speler Smith, Tate Brooks, Tim Truman, Wentworth Moore, Zack Swann

Summary: Johann makes good on his promise to go after Devilshire's hunters by attacking the Gathering Place.

Finale

Library Lethality
The lights flicker to warn that the library will be closing and then there's a tap, tap, tap. That'd be the sound of a cane on the marble since there is a man in a gray suit suddenly standing where the stairs split with the star behind him looking like some sort of spiked wings on either side. "If I could have your attention please," Johann says in pleasantly accented English as the somewhat confused patrons and more confused workers who are just getting ready to shoo people. "I'm afraid the window for leaving has closed. As have the doors."

Director: Drynwyn
Airdate: October 29th, 2008
Participants: Joe Marino, Judith Devlin, Menos, Tim Truman, Tom Mackenzie, Wentworth Moore, Zack Swann

Summary: Johann's hitting the Devilshire Public Library and he is not looking to take out books. (Or pay fines. Or research anything. Or make out in the stacks.) He makes an ominous promise.
