Italics

Use the '' (italic) markup. Example:

''This is italic.''

which produces:

This is italic.

Boldface

Use the ''' (boldface) markup. Example:

'''This is bold.'''

which produces:

This is bold.

Linking

Use the [[Page Name]] markup. Example:

[[August Devlin]]

which produces:

August Devlin

Now if I wanted to change the appearance of the link to say Bert instead of Robert Ashton, I'd do the following:

[[August Devlin|August]]

which produces:

August

Any substitutes may be utilized after the | keystroke. But all information prior to the | keystroke must match the Wiki Page's Title. [[August|Auggie]] won't link to the right page. It must be [[August Devlin|Auggie]].

Images

Uploading

1. Create a UserName by clicking on the upper right hand corner - sign-in/create an account
2. Click Upload File listed in the Toolbox located on the left hand side (below search box)
3. Upload the image file as you would when attaching to an email. Under Comments feel free to write a brief description about the image that you are uploading.
4. Your image is now uploaded.

Inserting to Page

Feel free to explore image options. Utilize frame or thumb. Both frame and thumb permit captions. However, thumb can specifiy image pixel size.

This is an example of a Framed Image aligned to the left.

[[Image:Casting_August.jpg|frame|left|]]

To add a caption of August Devlin's Cast Image to the image, do the following:

[[Image:Casting_August.jpg|frame|left|August Devlin's Cast Image]]

If Casting_August.jpg was 500px but you wanted to specify it to 300px, do the following:

[[Image:Casting_August.jpg|thumb|left|August Devlin's Cast Image|300px]]

Altering an Image

Under no circumstances should a user upload the same image twice. If there are any alterations for the one image, click on the image itself to lead you to the image's wiki page. It's usually labelled as Image:Filename.jpg or for example Image:Casting_August.jpg.

Scroll down to find the link Upload a new version of this file. Click that and upload as usual.

Any duplicates discovered in the Wiki System will be deleted.
