Notations:
- NPCs do not count toward the census.
- Hargets do not count towards the Demon census.
- Psychic Visions is optional for the Slayer Package and will not be counted towards the census.
- Anyone wishing to play a Watcher should speak to the Slayer they want to pair with before submitting their app.
Restricted Traits
The following qualities will not be allowed for the time being in applications unless they are already built into a package:
1. Regeneration paired with Unique Kill
2. Reduced Damage(Everything)
Overdone Concepts
1. Super soldiers/experiments from shadowy corporations/government organizations.
Character Alterations
We recognize that it can be hard to know exactly who your character is before you actually get her on the grid and play her. For this reason, staff will consider requests to make minor alterations to your character (moving a single point from one skill to another or switching out two similar qualities, for example). There is no guarantee that the request will be granted (though if it's not crazy or character altering it should be) and it must be submitted within a reasonable time after approval. After that point, alterations can only be made through plot lines and XP spends.
