Gary 'Brolly' Moore is a semi-retired gunman for the London-based Moore family. Given his nickname after a planned million pound diamond heist ended with him hijacking a truck full of umbrellas. Despite that rocky start, Gary Moore has proven himself to be a top enforcer for the Moores since the early 80s. Those who know of the family know that Gary Moore is a man who brooks no nonsense, doesn't deal in petty squabbles and never misses a shot. In 2003 he retired to Norway, but has since been pulled back in by the London bosses to be a guiding hand for the Moore family's interests in Devilshire.
